This Privacy Policy applies to the Townary website, platform, and related services provided to government sector organizations.

If a government customer has a separate master agreement or data protection addendum, those terms will govern where they differ from this policy.

We also collect platform usage data, including system logs, security events, and performance metrics that help us operate and protect the service.

Government customers retain ownership and control of their data. Townary does not use customer data to train government or shared AI models.

Any model tuning or retrieval pipelines are configured per customer and governed by customer-defined policies.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers needed to operate the platform or as required by law.

When disclosures are required, we follow contractual, statutory, and regulatory obligations.

Townary services are intended for government professionals and are not directed to children under 13.
