Townary is a secure, government-focused platform. Authorized use, data stewardship, and responsible AI practices are required.
Access is limited to approved government sector users and designated partners under contract.
AI outputs support decision-making but do not replace official authority.
Users must follow agency security policies and platform governance controls.

By using the service, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and complying with access policies.
Townary may suspend accounts that show suspicious activity or policy violations.
You agree to use Townary only for lawful, authorized government purposes.
Townary provides AI-assisted insights that require human review and approval.
Users are responsible for validating outputs before acting on them or sharing them externally.
Government customers retain all rights to their data and are responsible for ensuring data submitted to the platform is authorized.
Townary processes data only as instructed and in accordance with customer policies and contracts.
Townary and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, including software, documentation, and trademarks.
Subject to these terms, customers receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the platform during the contract term.
Fees and payment terms are governed by applicable government procurement agreements.
If no procurement agreement is in place, access may be limited to evaluation or pilot use.
Townary is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Townary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amounts paid under the applicable agreement during the twelve months prior to the claim.
Townary may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable security policies.
Upon termination, access will be revoked and data handled according to contractual requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws specified in the applicable government contract.
If no contract specifies governing law, the laws of the United States and the customer’s jurisdiction will apply.
We may update these terms to reflect legal or operational changes.
When updates are made, we will revise the “Last updated” date and provide notice when required.
